We will issue refund the amount after deducting original shipping charges of USD 60.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
Every product is warranted for 6 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. However, this warranty does not apply to damages caused by consumers’ carelessness.

Then once we give you the respond, please send your product to the address below along with a note of your name, contact number, and the warranty card. Q: How long does it take?
If is repaired at head office (Korea), it normally takes 7-10 business days from the day we receive the product. However, if it has to be sent to our factory it takes 10-15 business days. (Please note that repair procedure could take longer if we are out of parts stock, and we will contact you individually if it happens).
Q: Is there any extra charge to repair an item?
Repair fee varies depending on which part to be repaired. Please contact our PRODUCT SERVICE DEPARTMENT for detailed information.
Q: How about the shipping fee?
